Click and Collect Service

Yes! We do offer Click and Collect from our Greenwich store free of charge. If the jewellery is available in-store, you can collect it the same day when orders placed before 2:00 pm. Some items, unfortunately, are not available for same-day collection these will take 2–3 days, and we will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items

Made to Order Jewellery: Some pieces are lovingly crafted just for you. For Made to Order jewellery, please allow the lead time shown on the product page. Although this is a guide, we always strive to shorten this time frame where possible — however hallmarking and complex craftsmanship can take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get it to you sooner if possible. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if as they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. If you’re buying a gift and time is tight, we also offer Gift Vouchers as a thoughtful alternative.

Pre-Order items: For Pre-Order items, payment is taken at checkout, and as soon as the item is back in stock, we will get this on the way to you. You will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Engraving & Personalised Orders: Engraved pieces take a little longer to prepare depending on the detail of your Engraving design. We’ll confirm your expected dispatch date once the engraving has been completed.

Track Your Order

You can track your order by logging into My Account or by clicking on the tracking details we send on your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is delivered to you.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • All deliveries are tracked, and some must be signed for.
  • Deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, or temporary residence addresses. This ensures the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
  • Delivery times apply to in-stock products only.
  • Engraving an item will take a couple of extra days to ship depending on the complexity of the engraving. We will update you with the delivery date, which includes the time needed for our team to engrave the piece.
  • While we strive to get your order to your hands on time or earlier, we always recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for unforeseen delivery delays.
  • On rare occasions, delays may occur due to severe weather, courier disruption, or incorrect address details these are unfortunately beyond our control.
  • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date and note that we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but we are happy to exchange or accept your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Delivery We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping with FedEx and Royal Mail International, both fully tracked so you can follow your order every step of the way. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. For all international orders, we take care of the customs paperwork, but please note that local VAT, import duties, or handling fees may still be charged upon delivery.

Europe: Orders to EU destinations are sent with reliable tracked shipping. Prices shown exclude UK VAT, but you may be asked to pay local VAT and any applicable import duties when your parcel arrives.

United States: We deliver securely across all 50 states using Royal Mail International or FedEx. Orders may be subject to state or federal import duties, which vary depending on order value and location.

Rest of the World: We’re delighted to serve customers globally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and depending on your country, local customs duties or fees may apply on delivery.
